The location is unbeatable, just blocks from the Mayo Clinic, making visits so convenient! ! The staff consistently showed exceptional care and attentiveness.

Just a nice choice for a flash visit in Rochester with good value considering price it charged. The room was musty and disgusting, and I was scared to sleep on the bed honestly because it looked that gross. If you're looking for a place close to the clinic, maybe consider looking elsewhere for better options.

I needed a place close to the clinic for easy access during my visit. The large room had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, which made my stay more comfortable. I didn't spend much time in the room, so it worked for me. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found the overall price reasonable for what I needed.
Housekeeping could have been better. The breakfast options were limited and did not provide much variety. The bathroom could use some work.

The room was large and clean, which was nice. It had a fridge and microwave, super convenient. But the bathroom fan was really loud, so we didn’t use it. Also, the carpets in the hall and common areas looked pretty stained. Breakfast was kind of a letdown too, very basic and some things didn’t work. The stay was decent for the price, especially being so close to Mayo Clinic.
